Shasta's HOPE Shipping Policy

Topical Salves: All of the our topical salves are made in batches, based on the movement of the moon, much the same as many practitioners of ancient remedies (now referred to as "alternative"), usually do. We mail out in weekly batches since the Post Office is a bit aways from our location. Because of this, if you live in the USA, please allow for up to a week before your salve is shipped and an additional 3 days for delivery.

For international customers, please allow for up to a week for Post Office drop off and up to 2 weeks for delivery, depending on your country of origin.

Shasta's HOPE Topical Salve contains NO CBD or Hemp so we are allowed to sell and ship all over the world.

Other Merchandise: We used a third party vendor to print all of our HOPE materials so please allow for up to 2 weeks delivery.

We use USPS (United States Postal Service), not UPS or Fedex, for our shipping. Therefore, it is based on weight.

Topical Salves: If you are unsatisfied with the results of the topical salve or you feel you need to return it for a partial or full refund, which we do offer, depending on the circumstances, please click this link to email us at shastashopestore@gmail.com with your information and the reason for the return and/or refund and we will contact you as soon as possible. Our usual policy is to do trades except in some circumstances.
